* It is our policy to try and present the true cost of our Holidays inclusive of all airport and govt. charges. Please accept however that these charges are not within our control, therefore we reserve the right to pass on any increase in cost.
* Prices are land only, airfares additional.
* Valid for sales until 31 Mar 11 and for travel commenced & completed 29 Jul 10 – 31 Mar 11 unless otherwise stated.
* *5 Day Self Drive Itinerary Discover Perth and The Margaret River – NO activities mentioned in the itinerary are included. Based on 5 day Hertz compact rental car and 4 nights accommodation (using hotel pass).
* Travel requiring overnight stay will be at passengers own expense.
* Capacity limitations apply and may not be available on all services.

* Prices are in New Zealand dollars and have been based on exchange rates as at 19 Jul 10.
* Events beyond our control such as currency fluctuations and changes to the price of aviation fuel may result in prices variations.

General Information
• Hertz will require a deposit to be paid at the rental counter of your pick up location. This covers any additional costs, such as fuel and optional equipment or services. Hertz accepts all major credit cards. If the renter does not hold a credit card, they will be required to leave a deposit of a minimum of A$400 in cash. Cash deposits are only acceptable on specific car classes and at specific locations.
• Minimum driver age in Australia is 21 years on all vehicles except group M where the minimum driving age is 25 years.
• A Young Driver Surcharge applies to all drivers aged 21-24 years of A$27.50 per rental day to a maximum charge of A$192.50 per rental. There is no set maximum driving age, however, a medical certificate is recommended for drivers over 75 years.
• All drivers of the Hertz vehicle must carry a full, current Drivers License that has been held for at least one year. All drivers must have their names registered and licence sighted, at your pick up location. There is no charge for additional drivers.
• Once you have left New Zealand and you wish to make changes to the rental, these changes will be charged at the local applicable rate and paid direct.
• If you return your vehicle early, there is no refund on the unused days.
• You have a 59-minute grace period after the confirmed drop time, before extra hour charges are incurred. Extra charges will be at the local applicable rate and paid direct.
• One way rentals are available, please ask your travel consultant for details.

Additional Extras
• Child seats are available on request and cost AU$8.80 per day, to a maximum of AU$61.60 per hire and is paid direct to Hertz.
• Additional Extras, such as Baby seats, Renter Protection Services, One-way fees, NeverLost and Fuel may be subject to Airport Concession Fee Recovery, Administration Recovery and Stamp Duty charges. For a full list of terms & conditions please refer to the DTN Australia 2010 Brochure.
