* All prices are per person, in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
* Ski passes are subject to snow conditions – please note that from time to time, one or more ski areas may be closed and some of the ski areas may open or close earlier/ later in the season than indicated, this is totally outside our control and the suppliers in this brochure and is not grounds for any refund.
* Amendment & cancellation fees may apply.
* Prices based on payment by cash or cheque only.
* Travel agent professional fees may apply.
* Petrol voucher offer is valid 1 per booking only and while stocks last.

* INCLUDES: Unlimited kilometers, GST at 12.5%, Additional driver fees, Airport transfer upon collection and return of the vehicle (except Wellington), Kitchen equipment, Linen and bedding, 24 hour breakdown assistance, Travel wallet including maps and travel information, Vehicle insurance (subject to an excess).
* EXCLUDES: Excess reduction options, Security deposit (cash or credit card), Child seats, Additional optional equipment, Diesel tax recovery fee, One way fees if applicable, Airport fees where applicable, Location surcharge at Queenstown and Wellington.
* A minimum of $150 per person non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

WHAT YOU NED TO KNOW
INSURANCE
• If no excess reduction option is taken, the hirer is responsible for the first $7,500 of the cost of damage to third party property or the rented vehicle and is payable by credit card. This amount will be automatically debited to your credit card account on collection and refunded provided the vehicle is returned on time, to the correct location, undamaged with a clean interior and a full tank of fuel.
• If excess reduction option one is taken, a daily fee of $25 (max $1250) will reduce the excess to $2500 which is payable by and will be debited from your credit card.
• If excess reduction option two is taken, a daily fee of $42 (max $2100) will reduce the excess to NIL. A security deposit of $220 will be taken as a credit card imprint.

GENERAL INFORMATION
• The minimum age to drive the vehicle is 21 years of age and drivers must hold a valid, clean, full drivers license. If the license is not in English then an international drivers license will be required.
• The minimum rental period is 7 days.
• Once your hire has commenced there can be no refund for unused rental days.
• Driving restrictions apply, please ask your travel agent for full details.

• High cancellation fees apply.

ADDITIONAL EXTRAS
• Child seats are available at an additional cost of $25 per rental. These must be requested at time of reservation.
• Diesel tax recovery applies to all vehicles and is paid dependant on the amount of kilometers travelled at the end of the rental period.
• Vehicle collections and returns in Wellington and Queenstown incur a $200 location fee – paid direct on collection.
