HOW TO BOOK YOUR PEUGEOT
Please try to book at least 6 weeks in advance. Bookings within 6 weeks are possible, but you may have to be flexible with your vehicle choice, plus all paperwork must be completed urgently. Completion of a Peugeot EuroLease Booking Form (featuring booking conditions) and a $250 non-refundable deposit are required at time of booking. As you cannot change your vehicle on collection, we recommend you visit your nearest Peugeot showroom to ensure you choose the model that best fits your passengers and luggage. NOTE: 807, Partner and Boxer models are not available in New Zealand. Vehicle specifications differ between NZ and UK/Europe.



WHERE YOU CAN DRIVE
You are fully insured if you drive in any of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (Continental), Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Macedonia (F.Y.R.O.M), Malta, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Principalities (Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino), Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). If you take your vehicle into a country not listed above (and in particular, in the following countries: Albania, Algeria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Serbia-Montenegro, Ukraine, etc) you shall assume full civil, property and legal liability for any incidents that may occur. Damage to third parties will not be covered by your insurance and Peugeot Open Europe’s 24-hour assistance will not be provided. Insurance inclusions and procedures are detailed in the Peugeot Open Europe information booklet provided with your fi nal documentation.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible to lease a Peugeot, regardless of your nationality, you must have your normal residence outside the European Union, be visiting the EU for less than 185 days in a 12-month period, and not be undertaking any form of employment during your stay. Drivers must be over 18 years (no maximum age limit applies) and hold a valid driving licence recognised in the European Union. If you hold a full New Zealand drivers licence, an international drivers. licence (in conjunction with your New Zealand licence) is recommended (compulsory in Italy). The leased vehicle may be driven only by the registered driver (.Contract Holder.) or his/her Partner (i.e spouse or legal cohabitant), direct descendants or ascendants, if they qualify for the scheme. Additional drivers may also drive, as long as the Contract Holder is in the vehicle with them and they qualify for the scheme. This law has no effect on the vehicle insurance,

All of Peugeot’s in-car GPS units come fully equipped with software covering all detailed roads of Western Europe.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Valid for sales until 30 June 10.
  • Valid for vehicle collections to 31 Dec 10.
  • Maximum lease period is 175 days
  • Accessories (i.e. child seats, luggage racks and snow chains) are optional extras and must be requested at the time of booking. Additional charges will apply.
  • All product is subject to Peugeot EuroLease terms and conditions. Please ask your travel consultant for full details at the time of booking.

Booking deadlines:

  • At least 10 days’ notice is required for deliveries in Paris (city/airports). Other France locations require at least 15 days notice. For deliveries outside France, at least 21 days’ notice is required. For deliveries within the above time-frames, reservations are on a request basis only and subject to the Peugeot Sodexa Order Form, referred to in paragraph B above, being completed and returned to Sodexa within 12-24 hours of confirmation.

BOOKING DEPOSIT:

  • A non-refundable deposit of NZ$400 is required at the time of placing your reservation.

BOOKING/PAYMENT/ORDER FORM DEADLINES:

  • Booking form, full payment and the signed Peugeot Sodexa Order Form should be completed and received by our offi ce at least 6 weeks prior to your collection date to ensure your vehicle is registered and available for collection on the requested date. Bookings made within 6 weeks of collection are still possible – refer “Booking deadlines” for urgent booking deadlines and procedures, but will be subject to acceptance at Sodexa’s discretion.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Cancellation fees vary depending on the date in which the cancellation is received by Sodexa. Cancellations more than 28 days prior to collection (all locations) = $200 fee. Cancellations less than 28 days prior to collection, or no shows = $600 fee (Paris locations) or $800 fee (all other locations). Urgent bookings both made and cancelled within 28 days of collection (all locations) will incur a $900 fee. Any travel agent fees are in addition to these charges. Cancellation charges are subject to change at anytime.
